Refund policy

Art Prints and Print Products - All print products are printed on-demand as purchased and are all final sale. No returns or refunds are accepted for print products. In the unlikely case of damage or defect, please contact us within 7-days of receipt of the product with order details, photos of the damage, and details about the condition, and we are happy to make sure you receive a product in great condition.

Customized Products - All hand-embellished and/or customized products are final sale. No refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges permitted. All Sales are Final.

Original Artwork - All original artwork is final sale. No refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges permitted. A signed agreement is required before the Artwork will be shipped. All Sales are Final.

Artwork Commission Services - All Commission Services are governed by the Contract established between the artist and patron, to be agreed upon and finalized prior to the artwork project starting. Please inquire at hello@epiphaniastudio.com for more information on commissioned artwork.
