The Petite Miraculous Medal was sourced in France from Chapelle Notre-Dame de la Médaille Miraculeuse, where the Incorrupt body of St. Catherine Labouré is available for Veneration, and the devotion to the Miraculous medal originated through Marian apparitions to St. Catherine.
Per Catholic tradition, the medal is not blessed as the recipient should seek a blessing from a Catholic Priest over their medals upon receipt. We did, however, pray for all patrons of Epiphania Studio and Epiphania Catholic at the Chapel.
The medal may be worn on an ultra-fine chain, or attached to a Rosary or other Sacred object.
